The sheer stupidity of some people is truly amazing.

Allow me to tell you more truth about one of the "photographers" that so many of you enjoy.

Edit 9/17/2008 - because it matters to me.

THIS STATEMENT IS PURE OPINION, PENDING PROOF IN COURT OF LAW, SOMETHING I BELIEVE IS PROTECTED UNDER FREE SPEECH.

Ron Smith aka JeanLuc44 is at it again. He finally returned my dress, sending it to the office of my boyfriend. G opened the box, saw the dress in good condition, and I was semi-content. This week, I finally went to the box to take the dress out and wash "fucking Ron stink" off it, and guess what??? The stupid mutherfucker sent me the wrong dress!!!

Since first writing this journal, I have also noticed that a pint tulle tutu I wore for him is missing also. There is no doubt in my mind that he has both of my items. So what's a girl to do?

I have evidence of both items belonging to me. I know the approximate number range of the photos he took of me in the items. I can prove ownership, and I intend to make sure this man doesn't have a moment's peace where his theft against me is concerned.

His refusal to produce a Model Release now makes sense. He's a moron and doesn't have it. DA has removed all my photos because he could not prove a legal right to use them. Make no mistake, he DID NOT have any right to use them in the way he was.

He seems to have this theory that just because my attorney has not knocked on his door yet, I am only bluffing. When he is served his papers over the theft of my wardrobe, he'll be looking at things just a little bit differently. Putting your case together with an attorney takes more than one day. That's the point he seems to miss.

So why did he send me that ugly ass dress that didn't belong to me? Did he mix it up with one he stole from another model? My dress is elegant -- he sent me a lacy 80's reject that doesn't even fit me.

Enjoy yourself, Buddy .... and watch the topics you start to babble about. If I have a bona fide mental health disorder and you start ridiculing me for it, I will have so many protective organizations all over your ass that you won't have room to shit.

Mail the real dress and the pint tutu, and all this goes away. Continue to be a fuck head, and I remain in your life until you are so fucking sick of me you can't stand it.

What's that about a woman scorned???

If you have received communication from that account, please report it as spam. (THIS IS MY ONLY ACCOUNT.) If someone knows the easy way to have it removed for its malicious activity, and the creator of the account determined by deviantART, please share that with me, as the information may become extremely important to me in the very near future. I am certain that it was created to bypass the block I put on another user, and its very title can easily be constituted as SLANDER. Thank you.

P.S. If anyone actually gives a shit what my age is, just ask me. The fake profile seems to think I care if you know my birthday. Maybe he's planning a surprise party for me?

1.) On a photo shoot he took unauthorized photos of me while I was changing clothes. Why else would you see a fucking plunger in the background? It is because I was in the privacy of my bathroom. I never gave him any written authorization to take photos of me in my private space away from the shoot. This first item alone speaks to his character.

2.) The quality of his work is a joke. If you have seen my photos that I have posted, you should recognize that he did an intentional shoddy job at photographing me, which was never authorized. (To elaborate, I never authorized for the scope of the project to be photos that enhanced signs of age and bodily imperfections. It was NOT the project that was discussed and agreed on beforehand. That is just the action of a misogynistic man in my opinion.)

3.) He requested that I wear a specific black dress, and then HE "ACCIDENTALLY TOOK IT" when I left my house and he was alone with my boyfriend. He told me it WAS MY FAULT for leaving it in the vicinity of his bag. I had no idea that a "professional photographer" was incapable of distinguishing a dress from a lens. Out of spite (per the wording in his emails), he took three weeks to return the dress, even though I told him I needed it for a job. In his emails, he told me that he would do it when he felt like it, and not on my time table. Petty, petty, petty little man.

4.) In my opinion, his work is absolute trash. He delights in displaying photos of models that have inappropriate expressions or were not authorized to begin with. My opinion is that he delights in showing models in the worst light possible. We all know that a photo shoot produces only so many truly good images. He doesn't seem to even want the good ones. I am blown away by my experience with this man.

MODELS - BEWARE IF YOU CHOOSE TO SHOOT WITH THIS MAN. FANS OF HIS - HOW MUCH DO YOU CARE ABOUT ETHICS VS. LOOKING AT MY PUSSY? In my opinion, Ron Smith, aka JeanLuc44, is the worst and most unprofessional GWC I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
